Daniel's Steakhouse just opened in October, and alongside amazing service and food, the bartenders have crafted a new cocktail just in time for the holidays. Wine and beverage director Daniel Bishop created the "Mistletoe Martini," a blend of elegance from French 75 and charm from Clover Club. The cocktail features a choice of Grey Goose vodka or Bombay Sapphire, pomegranate, ginger, cranberry bitters, and Champagne and is garnished with rosemary.

The perfect spot for coquito lovers is the classic Café La Trova. This Christmas season, guests can order the "008 Coquito" ($13) made with Bacardi Ocho, spiced pineapple cordial, pineapple juice, vegan coquito mix, and lemon dust. Guests can also order their signature "Cuban Eggnog" ($13) made with aged rum, almond milk, cream, vanilla, sugar, egg yolk, grated nutmeg, and dark chocolate. Locals wanting to enjoy the drinks at home can purchase a 500-milliliter bottle of coquito or Cuban eggnog for $20.

This South Florida taqueria will put a Miami boozy spin on the festive paring of hot chocolate and churros. While the classic duo is usually perfect for winter wonderland around the holidays, it's always hot in Miami, so this is a frozen special. The "Frozen Carajillo" and churro cocktail is blended with Diplomatico Plana, vanilla, and cold brew coffee, topped with a signature cinnamon-dusted churro ($13). Pro tip from beverage director Stephanie Quibano: dip the churro in the cocktail for extra sweetness.

After a full day of holiday shopping in the Design District, Michael's Genuine might be the perfect spot to stop by for a boozy holiday special. The beverage specials include two cocktails: the "Not the Gumdrop Buttons"($18) is inspired by Shrek and made with ginger-infused Bacardi 8 rum, house-made syrup, and spices, and for a coquito fix, the "Lo'quito" ($17) is prepared with Espolón tequila reposado, house-made coconut, and topped with cinnamon. Pastry chef Marlena Bella has also prepared a couple of desserts infused with a boozy kick to pair well with the cocktails, including the eggnog creme brulee layered with rum and pecan pie topped with caramel and whisky-infused ice cream.

Miami's French- and Japanese-inspired izakaya, Sérêvène by chef Pawan Pinisetti, decided 'tis the season for chocolate, whiskey, and everything nice. This year, the bar will serve a "Ferrero Rocher" cocktail ($18). The dessert cocktail is extra sweet and inspired by the popular chocolate known worldwide. The boozy spin on the classic chocolate and hazelnut layered confectionery features Glenlivet scotch-whiskey, Frangelico hazelnut liqueur, Godiva white chocolate, heavy cream, and a touch of maple.

Over Under's "Froquito" is back for Christmas this year. The frozen coquito drink, dubbed "Froquito," is made with Havana Club dark rum, coconut cream, spices, and vanilla frozen to 17 degrees. According to the official announcement on the bar's Instagram, for the next two weeks, the "Froquito" will be available on the menu alongside the return of Grinch karaoke and other special menu items.

This pub in Coral Gables has seven signature cocktails and six festive shots to truly bring the Christmas spirit to Miami. Cocktail selections include the "The Nutcracker," a blend of peanut butter Irish whiskey, banana liqueur, and Baileys, "The Ho Ho Latte," made with cold brew Jameson, cappuccino mix, and caramel syrup, and the "Sleigh My Name," made with a mix of whiskey, whipped cream, and white chocolate syrup. As for festive shots, the "Elf on Fire" is a mix of RumChata and Fireball Whiskey with a cinnamon rim; the "Spice & Everything Nice" features Tullamore Dew whiskey, whipped cream, and pumpkin syrup with a graham cracker crumb rim; and "Prancer's Peppermint Patty," made of Tullamore Dew whiskey, whipping cream, crème de cacao, and peppermint schnapps.

All four Batch locations will serve a few special cocktails for the holiday season. Cocktails include the cranberry and blood-orange bramble, made with Tinkerman's citrus supreme gin, fresh-pressed cranberries, Sicilian blood orange juice, lemon juice, and rosemary, as well as a mocktail version of the bramble ($8). For a coffee kick, guests can try the "Campfire Espresso Martini," which features coffee-infused vodka and espresso cold brew and is garnished with a toasted marshmallow. For a boozier choice, Batch offers holiday spirits infused in-house, including the "Chestnuts Roasting on an Open Fire" with Batch's pecan whiskey, which is Irish whiskey infused with toasted pecans and Madasgar vanilla ($12). Pre-batched bottles are available to take home of the "Campfire Espresso Martini" ($30), cinnamon vodka ($30), pecan whiskey ($45), and spiced rum ($40).

Maü Miami's take on a winter cocktail this holiday season is the "Tentadora," which is nothing short of sparkle galore. Served in a martini glass, the cocktail is crafted with Piloncillo, espresso, Absolut vodka, Cynar, citrus spice, and a layer of crema catalana. The crema on top is designed with a flower shape and garnished with golden edible glitter.

The "Christmas Tree Martini" is perfect for sharing, and the tree-shaped presentation features four ($60) or six ($90) martinis made with vanilla-infused Grey Goose vodka, crisp apple cider, tart cranberry, and a bright squeeze of lemon, all wrapped in cozy winter spices. Other highlights in the menu include the tropical "Ho Ho Hula" ($16) prepared with Patrón Reposado tequila, pineapple, condensed milk, and allspice dram, the "Snowman Season" ($16) made with a chai-infused Ilegal mezcal, Pedro Ximenez, guava, and orgeat, and the "Ornament Spritz" ($16) is a sparkling blend of No. 3 London dry gin, prosecco, pomegranate, rosemary, and citrus.
