While most of your favorite Miami holiday pop-ups are back, plenty of newcomers are offering Christmas-themed cocktails, December-only specials, and holiday cheer this year.

Think Christmas, but make it tropical? Bodega Taqueria y Tequila's annual holiday bar will deck the halls with Christmas decor and flamingo neons. All tropical and fruity cocktails will have a holiday twist, and guests can expect lots of "Surfing Santa Mugs" and clinking coconuts. Christmas Bar Pop-Up at JohnMartin’s Irish Pub on Miracle Mile
From now until December 29, JohnMartin’s has turned into a winter wonderland with holiday decor, thousands of lights, festive cocktails, Christmas shots (!), and more. The pub has seven holiday-themed signature cocktails and six festive shots, like “the Nutcracker,” a blend of Peanut Butter Irish whiskey, banana liqueur, and Baileys; the "Ho Ho Latte,” made with Cold Brew Jameson, cappuccino mix, and caramel syrup; or “Sleigh My Name,” made with a mix of whiskey, whipped cream, and white chocolate syrup. The menu also includes festive shots like “Elf on Fire,” a mix of RumChata and Fireball whiskey with a cinnamon rim; “Spice & Everything Nice,” featuring Tullamore Dew whiskey, whipped cream, and pumpkin syrup with a graham cracker crumb rim; and “Prancer’s Peppermint Patty,” a combination of Tullamore Dew whiskey, whipped cream, crème de cacao, and peppermint schnapps. There’s an Ugly Sweater Happy Hour on Friday, December 13, and JohnMartin’s hosts karaoke every Thursday and happy hour on weekdays. Kuba Cabana's Noche Buena Pop-Up Bar is now open through January 6, inviting guests to celebrate the holidays beyond Christmas. Cuban native chef Jorge Mas has put together a menu that features a variety of bites and cocktails inspired by Nochebuena, including coquito and chocolate and coffee-inspired cocktails that capture the season's flavors. A selection of mocktails will also be available. Special programming will take place on select nights with live music, performances, and themed events that celebrate the holiday season.
