Morrissey Will Return to South Florida in May

Morrissey, the English singer-songwriter and former frontman for the Smith, is returning to South Florida as part of his 2025 U.S. tour this spring. He'll stop at Hard Rock Live in Hollywood on Saturday, May 17, for his first show in the area since his 2023 performance at the same venue.

The 65-year-old musician's legacy is complicated. While he's responsible for hits like "This Charming Man," "There Is a Light That Never Goes Out," and "The Last of the Famous International Playboys," he's become something of a loudmouth, unafraid to spew rhetoric that could be argued isn't too dissimilar from that of the far-right. Some diehard Moz fans will ignore this aspect completely, while others will say his comments have been taken out of context. It's up to you to decide whether your love for Morrissey's music catalogue is worth ignoring the more, er, unpleasant aspects of his character.
