In January, New Times reported Miami Heat star Jimmy Butler partnered with Bacardi to create his favorite espresso martini recipe in collaboration with his coffee brand, Bigface Coffee.

The espresso martini-inspired cocktail, dubbed the "Café Con Ocho," was so popular at restaurants across Miami earlier this year, that now it's back at some of the best cocktail bars in Miami just in time for the holiday season to officially kick off.

The cocktail is an unexpected take on a classic espresso martini cocktail with bold notes of nutmeg and vanilla from the premium rum, which pair perfectly with the grapefruit, currant, and sugarcane flavors found in Bigface Coffee. Plus, replacing vodka or tequila with Bacardi rum takes it to a whole new "dunkin'" level. Get it? (Ok, first and only basketball pun.)

Butler Surprises Fans at Byblos With Cocktails to Kick Off Traveling Event Series

To celebrate this second collaboration, Butler, Bacardi, and Bigface hosted the "Miami Rum Room Domino Club Event Series," which kicked off in Miami on Thursday, November 21. It will soon head to other cities around the country.

“We are excited to collaborate with Bacardi again. Miami is a city that has shown me so much love — the culture, the energy, and the rich coffee scene are all part of my daily life. I have enjoyed playing dominoes and visiting the parks in Miami’s Little Havana,” says Butler. "Like me, Bacardi has a deep connection to this city, and creating the Bacardi x Bigface 'Café Con Ocho' cocktail together with Bigface Coffee has been an incredible experience.'”
