But this shop isn't about playing it safe. The Philly Bagel Scene Comes to South Florida

This Philly-born spot isn't just slapping some schmear on your average bagel. They're serving up creations that will make you reconsider everything you know about the humble bagel. Other bold bagel flavors range from cheddar habanero to rainbow, blueberry, and cinnamon raisin. But the real magic is in the cream cheese. Made in-house, Bagels & Co. produces approximately 20 custom-made cream cheeses to lather on a bagel. Stores typically feature seasonal flavors alongside mainstays like bacon scallion, birthday cake, black truffle, jalapeño cheddar, maple bacon, and sriracha scallion.
It's not just about bagels and cream cheese, either. Bagels & Co. serves made-to-order stuffed breakfast and lunch bagels, too. With huge, hearty sandwiches loaded with fillings like sausage, fried chicken, hash browns, and eggs, these bagels become full-on meals. Standouts include the "Jersey Shore," stuffed with "every single breakfast meat," two eggs, cheese, and a hash brown; to the "Second St.," with fried eggs, provolone, pickled onions, tomato, and lemon aioli; and the "Hot Honey Chicken," topped with fried chicken, American cheese, hot honey, pickles, and onion.
